I’m Peter, and I’ve been a therapist for over ten years. I work with individuals and couples to create space for complex thoughts and feelings, develop deep and useful self-awareness, and help you feel whole again.
I integrate psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, the Gottman method, and mindfulness - along with a healthy dose of common sense - to help you get where you need to go. All people, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, etc., are welcome in my practice.
